TCT Circular Saw Blades for Multi-rip Machines

We offer professional circular saw blades mounted with TCT tips for the following applications:

• Primary and secondary processing of wood - multirip circular saw blades, circular saw blades for cutting of wood along and across the grain, TCT panel sizing, sizing and scoring saw blades, TCT saw blades and segments for Hogging machines
• Cutting of plastics and building materials including concrete and mineral fiber boards
• Cutting of non-ferrous metals including aluminium, copper, bronze etc.
• Cutting of ferrous metals using TCT or Cermet tips for solid or profiled materials

Characteristic:

• Universal rip saw blades for longitudinal cutting of all types of wood, dry and wet, with a standard quality of the cutting edge and a lower height of the cut
• Usage: for multi-rip machines for primary processing of wood and pallet production

Instructions How To Use Saw Blades Correctly
We recommend to follow the below rules in order to reach the best cutting results:

• Machine must be in good condition without vibrations
   
• Flanges used to tighten the saw blades must be of the same diameter (about1/3 of the blade size)
   
• Flanges must be clean and it is important to check their side run out
   
• Check the spindle of machine. It must be absolutely straight
   
• Tips must always be sharpened with the original angles
   
• See the most appropriate way 
   
• If rebored by over 20mm, the blade loses its original attributes and its stability 
   
• It is needed to grind the top of chip limiters together with tip grinding and keep the oversize
